Hiroshima delegation visits Telangana Assembly, Council
Hyderabad: A delegation representing Hiroshima State in Japan made a visit to both the Telangana Legislative Council and Assembly on Friday. The delegation was warmly received by Legislative Council Chairman Gutha Sukhender Reddy and Deputy Chairman Banda Prakash, who presented them with floral bouquets.
Following their tour of the Assembly and Council buildings, the Hiroshima representatives engaged in discussions with the Chairman in his office. During this interaction, Gutha Sukhender Reddy highlighted Telangana’s status as India’s most rapidly developing state, noting the presence of international residents in the capital city who are successfully conducting their business ventures.
He further elaborated that the members of the Telangana Legislative Assembly and Council are effectively engaged in lawmaking and maintain close contact with the public to address their concerns. The chairman also emphasised that under the leadership and vision of Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, the state is experiencing comprehensive development across all sectors, and considered the visit of Hiroshima’s representatives to Telangana a propitious occasion. Legislative Council Whips Addaki Dayakar, Venkata Narsingrao, MLCs Dasoju Shravan, Anji Reddy, MLAs T. Rammohan Reddy, Palvai Harish, Legislative Council Secretary Dr. Narsimhacharya, Legislative Assembly Secretary R. Tirupati and others participated.
