TGSPDCL Unveils Public Outreach and Safety Measures for Monsoon
Medchal-Malkajgiri: The CMD of Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TGSPDCL), Jitesh Patil, chaired a critical review at the Rangareddy zone office focused on pre-monsoon preparedness and maintenance for the upcoming rainy season. The discussion emphasized completing all pending maintenance and preventive upkeep in a phased manner, with clear directives to field officers to ensure timely execution.
To raise public awareness, the CMD stressed the effective use of print media, electronic media, social media platforms, WhatsApp groups, and other local outreach channels. The objective is to keep residents informed about safety measures and the planned works ahead of the monsoon, ensuring that communities receive timely and accurate information.
The meeting highlighted proactive safety actions to prevent electrical hazards during the monsoon and urged closer coordination with GHMC and other related departments to ensure uninterrupted power supply to citizens throughout the season. This collaborative approach aims to enhance reliability and minimize disruptions for the public.
