Revanth, TPCC chief pay rich tributes to Manmohan

Hyderabad, Dec 26 (UNI) On the death anniversary of the great statesman, renowned economist and former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy paid rich tributes, recalling the former leader’s lasting contributions to the nation. 
In a post on the social media platform X, the Chief Minister stated that the services rendered by Dr Manmohan Singh to India’s development, with honesty and foresight, were unforgettable. 
He described the former Prime Minister as a great humanist and architect of modern India, stating that his thoughts and reforms would continue to guide future generations. 
Meanwhile, TPCC President and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud also paid glowing tributes to Dr Manmohan Singh on the occasion. He said the former Prime Minister’s role in steering the country out of an economic crisis and placing it firmly on the path of growth would always be remembered. 
Mahesh Kumar Goud recalled that Dr Manmohan Singh earned global recognition by positioning India strongly on the world economic stage through landmark reforms. He noted that decisions such as economic liberalisation, industrial expansion and attracting foreign investment transformed the nation’s future. 
The TPCC President said that as Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh consistently placed national interest above personal prestige. 
Describing him as a rare symbol of honesty and humility in politics, he added that his commitment to democratic values and the protection of the Constitution remains a source of inspiration. 
Stating that Dr Manmohan Singh was a great humanitarian and an architect of modern India, Mahesh Kumar Goud said his ideas, reforms and the strong foundations he laid for national development would never be forgotten, concluding that the former Prime Minister’s life was a true embodiment of public service, integrity and knowledge.
