Hyderabad, Feb 5: Continuing its uninterrupted “Praja Vani” program every Monday, HyDRA has now initiated another program. It has decided to start a phone-in program every Saturday. Except on holidays, this program will be conducted from 12 noon to 1 pm. Residents within the Outer Ring Road limits of Hyderabad can dial 040-29565750, 040-29565759 numbers to lodge complaints. Complaints can be made regarding encroachments on lakes, parks, roads, and public utility lands, dumping of soil in lakes and any unresolved complaints from previous submissions. HyDRA Commissioner Ranganath stated that citizens can also use this phone-in program to check the status of earlier complaints that remain unresolved.
