Rashmika Mandanna Unveils Fierce New Poster for Action Thriller ‘Mysaa’

HYDERABAD: Actor Rashmika Mandanna has unveiled a fiery new poster and locked the official worldwide release date for her upcoming action thriller Mysaa, confirming the film will hit theaters globally on November 27, 2026. Directed by Rawindra Pulle and produced under the Unformula Films banner, the project showcases the star in a rugged, action-heavy avatar.

The newly launched promotional visual presents Mandanna in an intense state, covered in blood and dirt, shackled, and holding a blood-stained spear on a blazing battlefield. Accompanied by the poster, Mandanna shared an emotional character note describing the film’s tone: “The rage! The pain! The heartache! The grief! The grit! The courage! The power and the storm you don’t anticipate coming—that’s Mysaa!”

Set against a tribal backdrop, Mandanna portrays a resilient Gond tribal woman. The narrative follows her character navigating deep emotional turmoil alongside high-octane physical challenges. The film reportedly features India’s first female-led underwater fight sequence performed by Mandanna, underscoring the production’s scale and physical demands.

Mysaa features musical scoring by Jakes Bejoy. The supporting ensemble cast includes Rao Ramesh, Guru Somasundaram, Easwari Rao, and Samuthirakani. Post-production and extensive visual effects (VFX) work are currently underway following the completion of major action schedules.

The release announcement comes as Mandanna prepares to resume full-fledged work commitments following her recovery from a hip tendon injury sustained during the film’s physically demanding shoot, which she previously described as one of the most aggressive projects of her career.
