Along with him, Congress MLA Alamgir took oath as a minister. From Hemant’s arrest to Champayi’s swearing..Hemant Soren accused of abuse of power in Jharkhand and Rs. 600 crores of land scam, ED alleged that the illegally earned money was moved abroad. A case has been registered against him. He resigned two days ago at the Raj Bhavan when it became clear that the arrest was imminent. The ED officials who were there arrested him. Hemant, who first approached the High Court, later withdrew the petition and knocked on the door of the Supreme Court. The court that heard his petition gave a verdict. It is suggested to approach the High Court on this issue. Soren seems to have received a strong blow.
