KTR Invited to Deliver Distinguished Public Lecture at O.P. Jindal Global University

HYDERABAD/SONIPAT: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President and former Telangana Minister K. Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) has been invited by O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) in Sonipat, Haryana, to address its students and faculty as part of its ‘Distinguished Public Lecture’ series.

The formal invitation was extended by JGU Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) C. Raj Kumar. In his letter, the Vice-Chancellor highlighted that KTR’s background in governance, industrial development, and urban transformation would serve as an inspiration to the university community.

The institution offered to schedule the lecture on a mutually convenient date between September and October 2026. In addition to the address, the university invited the BRS leader to tour the Rights and Freedoms Academy and India’s first Constitution Museum—established on campus to commemorate 75 years of the adoption of the Indian Constitution. Expressing his gratitude for the invitation, KTR confirmed his acceptance and stated that he looks forward to engaging in an interactive session with the students and scholars.
