Tirumala: Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) Chairman Mukesh Ambani, along with his son Anant Ambani and daughter-in-law Radhika Merchant, visited the hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara Swamy in Tirumala on Friday morning to seek divine blessings.
The family arrived at the temple during the pre-dawn hours to participate in the highly revered Abhisheka Seva, a sacred ritual performed for the presiding deity. Adhering strictly to the temple’s traditional regulations, Mukesh Ambani, Anant, and Radhika were seen dressed in traditional Hindu attire as they entered the complex.
Upon their arrival at the Mahadwaram (the main entrance of the temple), the Ambani family was accorded a warm, formal welcome by the senior officials of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).
Following their darshan, the family proceeded to the Ranganayakula Mandapam, where temple priests and Vedic scholars chanted hymns and delivered Vedic blessings (Veda Asirvachanam). The TTD officials then presented Mukesh Ambani and his family with the Lord’s sacred Teertha Prasadam and Seshavastram (sanctified silk cloth).
