
Mancherial, Feb 13: A wave of grief swept through the political circles of Telangana today as Batiina Yellamma, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) municipal candidate from Ward No. 10 in Lakshettipet Municipality, passed away due to ill health.
According to reports, Yellamma had been suffering from health issues for the past few days. Tragically, her condition worsened during the municipal election vote counting process, leading to her demise. The incident cast a shadow of sorrow over the tense atmosphere of election results, with party workers and supporters deeply mourning her loss.
Local BJP cadres expressed shock and sadness, remembering Yellamma as a dedicated leader who worked tirelessly for her ward and community. Her passing at such a crucial political moment has left many in disbelief.
