Amaravati, Feb 16: Bill Gates, Founder and Chairman of the Gates Foundation, met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. On Monday morning, after arriving at Gannavaram Airport, Gates went directly to the state secretariat in Amaravati. He was warmly welcomed by CM Chandrababu, Deputy CM Pawan, and several ministers.
Later, Gates and his team held a meeting with the state leadership. He also visited the Real-Time Governance (RTGS) center at the Secretariat, where Chandrababu explained the RTGS systems and the results achieved. The Chief Minister discussed expanding various projects in education, healthcare, and agriculture with the support of the Gates Foundation. In particular, he planned to brief Gates on the Sanjeevani Project
