Hyderabad February 6 The party leader Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhara Rao said that struggle is not new for Bharat Rashtra Samithi. It is known that the head of BRS has decided to protect Krishna waters. On this occasion, a review was conducted with the representatives of Mahabubnagar , Rangareddy , Khammam and Nalgonda districts. He directed the leaders on the struggle on the issue of Krishna waters. While the Congress government handed over all the projects under Krishna to KRMB, they decided to protect the interests of the state and prepared the movement activity to take away the Congress’s sincerity in the Telangana issue by exposing the failures of the Congress government. Speaking on this occasion, KCR condemned the state government’s anti-Telangana stance by handing over Krishna projects to KRMB and announced that a huge public meeting will be held in Nalgonda on 13th of this month to protect Telangana’s irrigation water rights from the Centre. They made it clear that they will fight to protect the rights of Telangana over Krishna river waters. In the spirit of leading the Nadu movement and securing Telangana and protecting the rights of Telangana, it is the responsibility of the BRS activists to build another public movement today and ensure that the rights are not disturbed. KCR made it clear that it belongs to Telangana activists. He expressed regret that the ill-advised attitude of the state government has turned into an ax on the irrigation water rights of the South Telangana farmers in the Krishna basin. Appajeppi said that the projects on the Krishna river including Sagar Srisailam to KRMB have been handed over to the Center. We strongly condemn the decisions of the Congress government against the agricultural farmers of Telangana. The head of BRS announced that the dangerous trend of the state government in the public sector will be stopped.
